  BREAA NYC is pleased to invite you to an exclusive private tour of Hearst Tower on Tuesday, June 16th at 5:00pm. Designed by internationally renowned architecture firm Foster + Partners, Hearst Tower is an iconic office building and a landmark in sustainable high-rise design.

  Guests will have the unique opportunity to tour the building alongside representatives from Foster + Partners, who will share insights into the vision, engineering innovation and last impact of this celebrated project on the Manhattan skyline.

  Following the tour, attendees will have the opportunity to network with fellow BREAA members and real estate professionals!

  Registration is limited to 20 attendees, so we encourage you to reserve your spot early!

  Laura Billings, Prinicpal and BREAA Advisory Board Member will guide us through the development with an overview of the campus’s origin and vision, followed by a walkthrough of 2–3 representative spaces that showcase its flexible design, tenant mix, and role in shaping West Oakland’s evolving innovation ecosystem. The tour will conclude at Prescott Market, the campus’s central gathering place, where curated food, retail, and programming bring energy and activation to the broader development.

  BREAA LA and UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group (REAG) Members, friends, and family, join us on Saturday, July 26th, for a fun day at the beach, supporting the Surfrider Foundation LA Chapter with a Venice Beach Clean Up! Come in the morning to clean up one of our beautiful California beaches and stay for some snacks and drinks after the event at the Venice Beach Club. This is a great chance to catch some sun, do some good, and reconnect with your fellow alumni and local real estate professionals.

  The Surfrider Foundation is a non-profit organization that works to keep the oceans and beaches enjoyable for all. Donations are encouraged and can be made directly on their website www.surfrider.org.
