Join the BREAA Advisory Board for a pop-up breakfast gathering in Downtown San Francisco on Tuesday, June 23rd from 8:30 am to 10:00 am.

Hosted by Damian Manolis, President of Swift Real Estate Partners and a member of our BREAA Advisory Board, this breakfast will offer a chance to exchange ideas, strengthen relationships, and align on the opportunities shaping the built environment. Damian will be joined by his colleagues and proud Golden Bears including Chairman Doug Abbey and Managing Director Craig Firpo.

Designed as a small-group conversation among industry leaders, the breakfast will foster thoughtful dialogue, meaningful connections, and forward-looking perspectives in a relaxed, off-the-record setting.

Registration is complimentary for active BREAA members. Space is extremely limited and attendance will be confirmed the week prior. Acceptance of registration notification and location details will be shared upon confirmation.

Join BREAA for an immersive evening in West Oakland with a guided tour of the Prescott, an eight-building R&D campus redefining how innovation, makerspace, and community converge.

Developed by srmErnst Development Partners, Prescott West Oakland is a thoughtfully repositioned industrial campus that blends adaptive reuse with new construction, creating a dynamic environment for creative production, research, and collaboration.

Laura Billings, Prinicpal and BREAA Advisory Board Member will guide us through the development with an overview of the campus’s origin and vision, followed by a walkthrough of 2–3 representative spaces that showcase its flexible design, tenant mix, and role in shaping West Oakland’s evolving innovation ecosystem. The tour will conclude at Prescott Market, the campus’s central gathering place, where curated food, retail, and programming bring energy and activation to the broader development.

Guests are invited to stay for a hosted happy hour at Prescott Market, with the option to continue the evening nearby at an Oakland Ballers game, offering a distinctly local close to the experience.
