Wed, 04 Nov 2026 20:00:00 GMT

Have you ever wondered what it takes to launch your own real estate company?

Join us for a conversation with two accomplished real estate entrepreneurs, Cal alum Jay Atkinson with Paceline Investors and Dave Saxe with Calvera Partners, who have built successful investment and operating businesses from the ground up. They'll share candid insights on raising capital, sourcing deals, building teams, navigating market cycles, and the realities of entrepreneurship in real estate.

Whether you're an aspiring founder or simply curious about how real estate companies are built, this session will offer practical lessons and firsthand perspectives from industry leaders who have done it themselves.

Thank you to BXP for hosting!

Registration is $25 and open only to active BREAA members. Space is limited; please join the waitlist to indicate your interest in attending. Priority will be given to the order of waitlist registration. Accepted registrations will be confirmed by email the week prior to the event.
